Basic physiological needs for the sportsperson

  • Protein & Carbohydrate – what they are, what they do, where to get them
  • Diet – what to eat, when to eat, how often

Different needs for different purposes – weight loss, bulking, strength

Supplements – when are they appropriate, when to use, when not to use, dangers of misuse

Hydration:

  • Water, sports drinks, isotonic drinks, energy/stimulant drinks – what's the difference?
  • How much to drink and when to drink

You should probably plan on the assumption that we will be able to accommodate everyone. If we can't, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
