I have a small problem, i currently in the process of creating a player list at the moment...
I only want to have one tab that says player list then when the user clicks on the link he/she will have the option in that page to select another link leading them to an senior players list, U16 players list and an U14 players list all on different page.
Any help on this? I'm sure its something probably easy but i cant seem to master it!!
Thanks,
Conor

Quick answer for now to get you in the right direction at least ...
If I understand what you mean corrrectly you'll need to create a new page for each player group - senior, U16, etc.
Then, on the Player list page that will be on your nav bar you just need a text link to each or those pages. i.e. something like
Senior players list
U16 players list
U14 Players list
...except each of these lines has to be hyperlinked to the appropriate page you create for that group. For a video tutorial on using hyperlinks look at www.webhelp.visport.co.uk (http://www.webhelp.visport.co.uk/) ... at the top you'll see the Video tutorials links. On the Sitebuilder page tutorial 6 covers hyperlinking (text and/or images). Basically you highlight the text you want to act as the link then click on the little chain-link icon above to enter the URL you want that text to link to. (This tutorial assumes you're using the sitebuilder).
Off the top of my head I can't remember how you create those 3 individual pages without having them all appear on the nav bar, but I think if you look at the video tutorials you will work it out (if not come back and ask again and I'll have a go at it myself.

Can you not just make individual pages for each list, then set them to hidden, then link to each page by U16, U14 etc.

DOH! Yup - that's how you'd do that bit. Thanks

yea, i made a roster page that appears on the nav bar as an index page as such, then have links to a Senior/U16/U14 squad on that page to the each roster that are on individual pages
Does it matter if a have them in a page folder or make them hidden??
thanks guys

I keep mine hidden as there is no need for anyone to see them unless they click on a relevant link.
