Can you be more specific about what you're looking for? If you Google 'carbohydrates' you will get 15 million links returned. If you Google 'action' you'll get 1.7 billion links.

In fact i am a newbbie on sports, i don't practice performance sport, but where i have looked i saw peoples talking about this; and how these can be found in many many aliments, i was wondering about the impact on the human body.

Are them good, are them bad for the orghanism

Probably a reasonable place to start is with some of the supplement manufacturers websites. Let's accept that they won't be exactly neutral in their views on supplements but if you stick to some of the top names I would hope you will find references to reseach too.

My own view is that there are a lot of manufactures/suppliers whose products I wouldn't be happy to use. However, having assessed your own specific needs I think it's fine to use some supplements as long as you know what it is you are trying to achieve, get good individual advice, and use only a manufaturer who can demonstrate rigourous research and testing. I've mentioned in THIS (http://www.visport.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=103) thread that EAS for example drug test every batch of product (in the UK at least), which I think is critical. If a manufacturer doesn't do that I wouldn't consider taking it.

A key thing is to know what is appropriate for you and to stick to the dosage recommended. Many people seem to feel that if one portion (whatever is recommended) is good, then 2 portions must be twice as good. This is absolutely not the case and I wouldn't be surprised to find that some poeple have given themselves problems with that approach.

With reference specifically to carbs I believe it's important to not focus purely on just carbs, or just protein - the correct balance is necessary. I know there are some diets about that are very heavily weighted towards carbs or protein but I believe they are considered by some experts to be potentially dangerous. I don't believe in wonder diets or wonder supplements.

This is a pretty complex area and I'm certainly not qualified to give advice on it. I'd be happy to see some good web links if anyone has some.

Regarding this, it happens to know somebody that had creatine overdoses and had some problem with eyes (temporary eye loos).
Could creatine be the problem?

I've not heard of eye problems relating to creatine. Mostly all I've heard about is possible stomach upsets and cramps. I couldn't find anything with a quick search on Google for 'Creatine' and 'eyes' either. However, I'm not an expert of the subject.

The idea is that i couldn't find either on the net anything about this, but he is convinced that this could be the problem, since his problem occurred when he was working intense.

And it is hard for me to believe that since my brother uses creatine monohydrate for the last few years, and nothing happen.
But he didn't exaggerated the doses.

I suggest the person with the eye problems should see a doctor. Any loss of eye function is potentially serious, and it may be related to other factors that you (or he/she) isn't aware of. High blood pressure for example - I don't know. It certainly isn't something to be taking guesses at.

Yes, in fact, that was already doing, see a doctor.
And he found out that not this was te reason of eye problem. An bigger problem was the cause....

Since then he took several eye surgeries in order to correct his problem.
It is good that he found this problem at the begining.

Good luck to him anyway....

can anybody tell me what to do if somebody is suffering from iron deficiency. i am a sportsman & i think i have become anemic.
