Hi, I was at rugby training last night and very early in the session i strained my hamstring, it wasnt a full 'pull' but it was quite painful and stiffened up as training went on, i can still run on it but not at my usual pace.
Also, put ice on it and stretched it lightly since then and am just wondering is there anything else i could do to help it and when could i expect it to be fully recovered?
