Sorry ... just getting to this now. Let's get some basics sorted first ...
Are you wanting to use the online sitebuilder? I'm guessing yes.
If so. have you got as far as logging into the sitebuilder yet? If so, have you read THIS (http://www.visport.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=17) thread and tried to work your way through that?
Do you have a broadband connection ok, or are you on a dial-up modem? (just asking because the sitebuilder may be slow to use without broadband).
Once we know where you are with those basics it'll be easier to point you at the next stage. However, rest assured that if you can log onto the forums and post a question, we'll get you to put a site together on the sitebuilder ok. :)

Assume this means the main control panel. The info is all in the original Welcome email you got. If you can't find it let me know and I'll resend it.
You've done a lot on the site. This is a personal preference, but you might want to try reducing some of the font sizes to see how it looks. General thinking on websites now is that it's actually easier to read this sort of sized text than if the fonts are too big and bold.
You could also speed up the page loading a bit by reducing the picture file sizes. There's a thread about how to do that in here somewhere - I'll look it out and post the link.
Great start though

Here's the link about using images on a website.

Useful stuff in there. It's worth a browse round that whole section 'How to ... do stuff with your website', for any topic titles that might be relevant, particularly the top list of 'Sticky' threads.
