Hi,
Is there something wrong with me?
I'm 15 & usually have a 40 minute run on daily basis on a treadmill @ a gym...
around 120/130 K with a 5 minute warm down without having short of breath
I can hardly 'jog' for 5-10 minutes outside... I am always short of breath and always get a leg injury, running on a treadmill I feel comfortable, without no injury's
Before running on a treadmill/outdoor run, I always have a warm up and excersice/stretch etc...
I was never in this bad condition... http://www.veganfitness.net/forum/images/smiles/icon_sad.gif Use to struggle more on a treadmill months ago. I could run/sprint faster on a treadmill than outside...
I would prefer and enjoy outside run more, but me running for like 1 hour is like running for 5-10 minutes outside... to me treadmill is much better for me right now... I'm really annoyed about this.
If any has any advice please share :(
