Can be used in two ways: either “Free Rotation”, where the crown rotates freely or “Draping the Pole”, where the locking pin is used to freeze the crown in place. The post can then be easily raised to and lowered from its full 244cm height. Set includes Maypole Crown, 36 clip on ribbons (six each of red, blue, green, yellow, violet and orange) and instruction booklet.
